What is Sound Healing/Sound Therapy?
Sound (like salt!) is one of the oldest medicines. Used by early cultures worldwide, like Tibetan Monks, Egyptians, Hindu, and North American Indigenous Cultures. We are all made of frequency. The vibrations of sound affect the physical and energetic body. Modern research is growing about the health benefits of sound for brain and body health.

What are the benefits of Sound Healing/Sound Therapy?
Emotional and physical wellbeing. Immune system, stress, anxiety, depression, mood, sleep. PTSD, dementia. Children with autism and developmental/learning challenges. Pain, blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease, stroke, cancer.
